Yoga postures for two - Lazy forward bend
Tight hips and lower back - a common problem of all the runners, office
workers and those who spend all day on their feet. Regularly performing tilts forward,
you can greatly help your body.
Do one
forward lean is not so easy, especially if you cannot bend more than 30
degrees. Perform lean forward
much more effectively with your partner yoga. Partner gets below the maximum
stretching with minimal effort on their part. Partner on top feels incredible lengthening of the
spine.

description poses for two - Lazy lean forward:
1. The number one partner sits
with legs outstretched in front of
him on the mat for yoga. He
folded forward as much as he can.
2. Partner number 2 sits on his
haunches with his
back to the partner so that his ass was at the level of the sacrum partner № 1.
Then, the partner number two to go back to the back of his partner. Partner number 2 has to go to bed
slowly, so as not to hurt the partner number one.
3. If both of you is not very comfortable, stay
