Supplements to increase testosterone levels ... yes, an interesting topic that I encounter more often. That's probably because it is a controversial issue and that more young people find they prefer to consume any pill or powder to put to put muscle than bone, muscle and creierasul work.

What supplements help muscle growth and which are lies?

Even today someone asked me if Tribulus is good. Like Tribulus are plenty of other supplements that claim to increase natural production of testosterone. Is it true? What are the best supplements for muscle mass? Eliminate the doubt...

Supplements for the production of testosterone are good for something?

It seems normal to be so promoted increased production of testosterone supplements become very attractive for men. If you were to believe what they claim these supplements, they have little actually be some natural steroids that will instantly turn into a muscle package before which every woman falls wide. And often they have a lot of back and pseudostudii and even references from "scientific studies" they "prove" effective.

The bad news: there are almost useless! Some supplements for testosterone production figure out of the effective ingredients (another sign that something is wrong), but most are based on the following ingredients: http://imgur.com/BIJKvpC

·         Tribulus terrestris

·         ZMA

·         D-aspartic acid

1.     Multiple studies have shown that supplementation with Tribulus terrestris that has no effect on testosterone levels, body composition and athletic performance.

2.     ZMA is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 and stay pretty much the same thing. If you're not a zinc deficiency, studies have shown that ZMA does not help with anything about natural production of testosterone.

3.     D-aspartic acid park-like is a little more promising in this respect. Studies have shown that it can increase testosterone levels both when the mice and in humans, but the dose at which this happens was just over 3g daily.

Most of the products that you will find D-aspartic acid have half or less of that amount, which lessens its normal efficiency.

The basic idea is that testosterone supplements are a waste of money and about never will provide the results they promise.

Oh, and I have to mention something. A simple way to improve your testosterone will hardly influence muscle growth so much as hoped. Maybe you feel a little more energy and a higher libido, but do not expect to make yourself take a supplement closet after production of testosterone.

Supplements for the secretion of growth hormone

It may not talked about them? Like most supplements for testosterone supplements to increase hGH (human growth hormone - human growth hormone) are also a very bad investment.

In general they are full of amino acids that bring a lot of benefits when dosed in the correct quantity (and you think you are?), but who never showed their effectiveness in increasing the amount of growth hormone or muscle development.

Another common ingredient is acid gamma-aminobutyric acid or GABA famous. Studies have shown that supplementation with GABA enhancers growth hormone after training andresting, but the form in which it grows not proved that contribute to muscle development (there are over 100 forms of HGH in the body and all have different functions).

Save your money for some food quality than you take HGH supplements to increase community.

HMB is a good supplement for muscle mass?

HMB (beta-Hydroxy acid beta-methylbutyric) is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine and gained steadily in popularity because several studies have shown that it helps with muscle growth and strength.

These studies are still quite controversial since they were made by people's Steven Nissen, the inventor of HMB and the man who patented. So yes...

When you look at the research objectives for HMB, athletes made man, not old, as reported by Nissen studies. E.g:

  • Massey University study found that HMB supplementation improved lower body strength, but had negligible effects on body composition in men athletes
  • Singapore Sports Council a study found that HMB supplementation had no effect on body composition and strength athletes in men a study by the University of Memphis found that HMB supplementation did not reduce muscle catabolism induced no changes due to training on body composition and strength for those practicing fitness and bodybuilding for a few years. https://storify.com/smithdiana594/amino-acids-preventmuscle-catabolism-a
