Recipe of french vegetable soup
Number of servings - 4 Ingredients: Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and chopped) Celery - 1 stalk (finely chopped) Potato - 1 pc. (peeled and diced) Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped) Tomatoes - 4 pcs. (skinned and seeded) Zucchini - 1 pc. (sliced) Green pesto - 4 tbsp Pasta (small elbows) - 4 oz Olive oil - 2 tbsp Green onions (chopped) Salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry all vegetables, except zucchini and tomatoes. Fry on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Add tomatoes, zucchini and pasta, pour 5 cups of water, cook for 10-12 minutes, salt and pepper to taste. Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with pesto sauce and chopped green onions or cheese. Ready in: 45 minutes. |
