I wouldn't say all online biz are scams, not at all. Its the persons that create the biz that are the real scammers. Sometime the concepts that they come with are brilliant, but they get greedy, and never think about their customers, and how they can help to build a sustainable program with them, that will create wealth for all. Still i have come across some great programs, that i have proven to work and work well. So all is not lost.
research what your promoting and who your promoting before even considering marketing a product or service as you will leave your unique individual 'footprint' in the online marketing world with any promotional activity you choose. There are thousands of legit products to promote but the key factor will always be you as the salesperson. Choose wisely!

i am also victim as that of the question maker. there is really problem in getting the honest person. Most of the site are scam or will be scam in very soon. I got only few sites which are still sustained. those include, JSS, Matesgate, theclickersteam, clixsense, lolzbuddy. etc

Though like every other thing in the world, there is a fake(Scam), but nevertheless, that doesn't mean there are no real ones. Take forex trading for example, it is an online business and yet people make fortune from it, and lost too, but that's the risk in any business. So what ever you choose to sign up for, research about it before investing.

If you will describe your idea and will create "Terms and Conditions" I can create forum site for peoples by invitations, or we (you) can start group here (in apsense), I think that here is option "only by invitations". In that group is very important to stick to strict rules - lied to, get off!

Could we start an association of business friends, helping each other along these lines, building a foundation upon which we base our individual and joint endeavors. Watching out for each other.

Sure, there are legit real time money making truth online.
Though like every other thing in the world, there is a fake(Scam), but nevertheless, that doesn't mean there are no real ones. Take forex trading for example, it is an online business and yet people make fortune from it, and lost too, but that's the risk in any business.
