The reason I consider it a turnkey business is because all you have to do is buy an admin ready site to get it started even though you actually have to do the work and fill the responsibilities of an ad site admin, including advertising the site and running the referral contests to get the members to continue to grow the site's memberbase.
What I recommend is starting out by joining text ad exchanges and
