After successfully conducting the NDA exam, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is all set to declare the NDA Result 2016 soon. It is likely to be declared in the month of June 2016. Procedure to check the NDA Result 2016

The candidates are requested to check the NDA Result 2016 by following the steps mentioned below:

•    Enter the personal information such as Name, Roll Number, Date of birth, correctly in the relevant fields.
•    Press the submit button and the result will be flashed on the screen.
•    Download the NDA 2016 Result PDF, take a printout and save its copy.

Features of NDA Result 2016 – At a Glance

•    The first round of the exam is written test, which contains objective-type or multiple choice questions. The final round is the Service Selection Board (SSB).
In order to clear to qualify for the final round, the aspirants must clear the NDA 2016 objective-type paper.
•    The UPSC prepares the NDA Result 2016 on the basis of the aspirants’ performance in the objective type exam. The candidates must obtain minimum pass marks to be qualified for the final SSB interview round.
•    Post declaration of the result, the UPSC will release the NDA Cut-off.

Some important aspects regarding the NDA exam 2016

  • NDA I Exam 2016 has been conducted on 17 April 2016.
  • Now, the UPSC will conduct the NDA II 2016 Exam on 19 September 2016.
  • Then, the UPSC will call the successful candidates for screening in SSB interview.
  • Clearing the SSB interview round will be the decisive factor for the section of the candidates for defence services admission.
  • NDA 2016 exam carries an aggregate of 900 marks. It has two papers, viz. Mathematics and General Ability Test, carrying 300 and 600 marks respectively.
  • The aspirants will be admitted to NDA/NA courses offered for enrolment to three different wings of Indian Defence Services, viz. Army, Navy, and Air Force, on the basis of NDA I 2016 exam that was held on 17 April 2016.
