What is the Deed Poll process like?

After receiving your Deed Poll, you must sign it and have it witnessed. We will offer you a paperwork with instructions on how to complete your Deed Poll and any more copies so that your name change is legally binding.

When does the signing start?

·         If you are an international visitor, you should inquire at the embassy about the rules in your country.
