The roles of a Network Marketing Leader
As a Network
Marketing Leader there are many lessons that need to be taught and learned.
Leaders are the role model of most organizations or groups. Network Marketing
Leaders need to recognize the four leading roles that are needed to running a business
network of new members.
* The Recruiter.
* The Sponsor.
* The Baby Sitter.
* The Mentor.
A Network Marketing Leader has to learn these
specific roles in order to become a Successful Network Marketer.
Successful
Network Marketers gain knowledge of a recruiter, sponsorship, the baby sitter,
and Mentor. Some would ask so what is the difference between recruiting and
sponsoring? The difference is that when you are recruiting this role is
bringing in the customers and sponsoring knows how to keep them.
To be a good
Recruiter there is an Education and Influential process one must understand.
This process is simply getting to a specific point after you sponsor a new
member in your down line network. Another way to recruit new members could come
in numbers. Network Leaders job is to recruit this gives them the opportunity
to become and maintain a great sponsor that can be build a good relationship
with its members. This is only stage one of a Network Marketers leadership
role. Sponsoring is next.
Sponsorship and
responsibility of a sponsor work hand in hand, because it is now your duty to
create, manage greatness and independence for your new members in your down
line or group. This is top priority. You now have to take time out of your busy
schedule to ensure proper training have been given to the new members and a
confirmation has been received . A good leader help their members grow then
build the business. With a network or group of growing members will build the
business. Often times Network Marketers will find themselves leading the
members to a higher level of success.
Baby sitter is
what some Network marketers do. Network marketers don’t have time to sit around
and do all the work for you. Some marketers will but it’s not recommended. When
you begin baby sitting your down line you are their enabler they will never
grow up to their potential of success inside the network or group. They will do
what they want to do or ease themselves directly out of the network or group.
As a Network Leader it requires us to become awesome sponsors and understand the
difference of Sponsoring and Bottle feeding the new members with in the Network
or group. Which means Leaders have to implement growth of stable members in
hopes that will grow the business?
Mentors are
members that work and deserve it not members that desire to become a mentor.
The goal of a mentor is to create a non stop marketing machine. In order for this
to take place the Leader must choose good quality members to become effective
mentors for others coming into the network. These particular individuals that
display the most sincere about the business and can be unsupervised.
So we define
recruiter, sponsor, babysitter, mentor and what it does to the business.
* The Recruiter grows
In-discouragement.
