The roles of a Network Marketing Leader

As a Network Marketing Leader there are many lessons that need to be taught and learned. Leaders are the role model of most organizations or groups. Network Marketing Leaders need to recognize the four leading roles that are needed to running a business network of new members.

                   * The Recruiter.

                   * The Sponsor.

                   * The Baby Sitter.

                   * The Mentor.

 A Network Marketing Leader has to learn these specific roles in order to become a Successful Network Marketer.

Successful Network Marketers gain knowledge of a recruiter, sponsorship, the baby sitter, and Mentor. Some would ask so what is the difference between recruiting and sponsoring? The difference is that when you are recruiting this role is bringing in the customers and sponsoring knows how to keep them.

To be a good Recruiter there is an Education and Influential process one must understand. This process is simply getting to a specific point after you sponsor a new member in your down line network. Another way to recruit new members could come in numbers. Network Leaders job is to recruit this gives them the opportunity to become and maintain a great sponsor that can be build a good relationship with its members. This is only stage one of a Network Marketers leadership role. Sponsoring is next.

Sponsorship and responsibility of a sponsor work hand in hand, because it is now your duty to create, manage greatness and independence for your new members in your down line or group. This is top priority. You now have to take time out of your busy schedule to ensure proper training have been given to the new members and a confirmation has been received . A good leader help their members grow then build the business. With a network or group of growing members will build the business. Often times Network Marketers will find themselves leading the members to a higher level of success.

Baby sitter is what some Network marketers do. Network marketers don’t have time to sit around and do all the work for you. Some marketers will but it’s not recommended. When you begin baby sitting your down line you are their enabler they will never grow up to their potential of success inside the network or group. They will do what they want to do or ease themselves directly out of the network or group. As a Network Leader it requires us to become awesome sponsors and understand the difference of Sponsoring and Bottle feeding the new members with in the Network or group. Which means Leaders have to implement growth of stable members in hopes that will grow the business?

Mentors are members that work and deserve it not members that desire to become a mentor. The goal of a mentor is to create a non stop marketing machine. In order for this to take place the Leader must choose good quality members to become effective mentors for others coming into the network. These particular individuals that display the most sincere about the business and can be unsupervised.

So we define recruiter, sponsor, babysitter, mentor and what it does to the business.

                * The Recruiter grows In-discouragement.

                * The Sponsor grows Independence.

                 * The Baby Sitter grows Dependence.

                  * The Mentor grows Interdependence.

A successful Network Marketer requires a lot of effort, discipline, caring, and also giving on your part. Knowing that your have control of the business shows your characteristics of Independency.
