APSense Guess Who - NINE tries? LOL

I have noticed that I am getting quite good at putting the names to the photos, even if I've never seen them before. It is quite amazing that people actually look like their nicknames! For example, today I only knew five, but got 100% on the second try. Too funny!!

Well... the first time i guessed at the first game i had a 60% and the next try it dropped to 40% and from there I had to work my way up... and I knew a lot of the faces and names but wasn't sure who was who (obviously) ... this last time I got my 40% right off the bat... that's a good start and then kept trying and gee if it didn't take me at least 8 or 9 to get the 100% ... because someone had their cute baby there and I couldn't figure out that one if this guy was that or she was ??? having 7

When you refresh the page to see more members below the Guess Who, the guesses you've already positioned stay put, you don't lose them. Try it! :)

I have been known to do it twice a day sometimes, I'm highly competitive and love how it helps me learn who's who around here! :) lol

It is not cheating to research, the fact a couple happened to be shown on the page shows you looked to find them.

Anyone who does the research and scores 100% will be placed at the top of the list and everyone else rotates down until they fall from the list. So anyone can be in the spotlight for guessing. And members also have the chance to be in the spot light when other members are guessing their names. So it is a win-win situation all around. Lynn

He he - I didn't even know that the game existed until Bj told me. There is so much in this Community to get through that you cant get to it all these days

It's silly but it's fun - I suppose we at least get to read each others profiles - and anyway who wants to be up on the list with less than 100% LOL

And it is certainly not a big deal...

But I don't connect the faces to the names if I am guessing. It's a process of elimination.

I just think it would be more fun if it was more challenging - thats all. Plus it would give those without perfect scores a chance to see the spotlight.

The number of tries isn't important here. Just making the effort to know more members is the point. Even if someone has guessed all 10 times, they are still connecting names to faces. That is what the game was intended for. Lynn

As Lynn says get a coffee (or what ever your preference is )

relax and do a little research and get to know more members.

I agree Lynn. But when you have 10 tries, you don't need to do any research. That's my point! LOL

With each attempt you get to see who you "guessed" right. It is very easy to keep "guessing" and get them all without doing any research.

Members can get them all in one try with a little research and a cup of coffee. The real point of the game is that it gets members to learn about other members. And it also gives members a chance to be in the spotlight for a day, which is a very nice aspect too. Lynn
