The fact is - Someone requested to connect to me.... But when I went to send them a greeting - just saying "Hello" - I discovered that they did not allow messages. Only a fool would do that!
Generally I don't blast out to people about my business.... With the exception of the APSense Advertising system. All my messages are basic greetings and getting to know someone. I try to be pleasant and act towards people as if they were my friend - and not send them a sales pitch!
perhaps they simply need to recognize what others are doing, however not willing to impart excessively. i have a few companions who are much the same as this.
