Tell me how You use Traffic Exchangers and what you have do with it, so others who join you can make

i only use traffic exchange to increase my alexa ranking, not for business op, for biz op i use mits targeted traffic.

You have so many different Traffic exchanges to use but how you use them is by one make sure your an upgraded member, once you set up your account use all the tools and always remember it's set it and forget it, unless you change something on your offers. Always keep a file on the exchanges you use. You will always get hits but the best way to use them is always offer something for free so you can capture the leads email address.

Most if not all TE's are incentivized, non targeted traffic. An ideal way would be to use a landing page with a call to action button. Only folks interested in your message will even consider clicking the button.

The call to action should always go to a capture page(squeeze).with a retargeting pixel.
The retargeting pixel will build you a custom audience regardless of whether they opt-in or not.

Now your audience is somewhat more targeted due to the fact they had an interest and took an init
