I don't want to digest someone else made up fear...so I will pass on that one but thanks for the advice. Politics has already scared the crap out of most people who take in the double helping of breakfast, lunch and diner of fear that I have to deal with but I can say there is a lot of money in it if one is the server and not the customer. Thanks
According to Mindtools.com, here are a few ways to reduce the fear, especially the fear of failing:
1. Analyze all potential outcomes – Many people experience fear of failure because they fear the unknown. Remove that fear by considering all of the potential outcomes of your decision.
2. Learn to think more positively – Positive thinking is an incredibly powerful way to build self-confidence and neutralize self-sabotage.
3. Look at the worse-case scenario – In some cases, the worst case
wow! This is a good question! I overcome fear by "looking to the hills from whence comes my help." My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and Earth.
Fear is not an option - Hesitation is a moment of undecisiveness and an opportunity to for failure. React to the situation as need be and stay in control and clarity.
I try to overcome fear by:
wading through it if it is not very deep,
jumping over it if it is not very high,
bragging my way through if the fear can understand grammar
begging if the fear has compassion
and
if everything fails
charge my way through the fear and wait to deal with the consequences.

Fear is an extention of doubt and the belief that you can not overcome or escape the situation in order to re-evaluate...
