Yes, I have. I've developed my own discount card program, with my own money too. I have signed up 36 businesses so far into my program, and they are offering anywhere from 10% to 25% discounts to my cardholders. The card is purchases only once, and it NEVER expires. I've added a fantastic referral reward program to it too.
