Be sure not to copy the designs,,you have to create it original. As a designer, I'm doing it if someone ask me to do but of course with an affordable fees.

You can sell your own creations but don't violate the trademarks of the social media corps. in other words don't use the trademarked logos in your creations. Just make sure that significant changes are made to the trademarked designs.
