Firstly, Two accounts of scammers were closed. Also we will add new limit to create a campaign. If anyone's campaign was reported sereral times in 1 week, He will not be able to create campaign in the next week.

That is not true. They get more traffic since the credits they spend for the campaign will not decrease. And they are blocking the place for the ad for other campaigns.

solution, stop promoting sites that break frames, it's their loss for including a frame breaking script that runs automatically, not yours.

And by the way very stupid titles about woman and other unrelated stuff. A few days ago i asked a question why there is no test script to avoid framebreaker like traffic exchanges do.
