I run into women daily on and offline who feel they have to through some form of sexiness out in order for me to help them. When I try to tell them business is business and pleasure is something else, they go into a shell like I don't want them.

Ahhhh something just sparked in my mind.....the stock market....and brought me back a few years,,,I was running seminars...I flew to a city, huge venue, had a crowd of people seated,,,and guess what I did not spot a single woman...not a single one of them,,,no exaggeration over 100 people....with that said, I did raise a few eye-brows and no it was not because of my skirt,,,it was because I knew my business.....so I believe woman do have an equal footing in the field in my opinion....
Mr. North, great response as it seems you always give...I have a habit of certain things without thinking much about how sexiest it is...I like the best female doctors because if they take it personal I feel I'll get the best results. I like a male mechanic although I know of 2 female ones that are pretty good. I have to get out of that way of thinking.
There can be no definitive answer to this question, in my daily dealings I have met an dealt with some truly exceptional business managers from both sexes and at the same time some totally abysmal managers of both sexes.
All things being equal I would say it comes down to the individual, regardless of sex, creed or race

Sondra, I go through and do business in one of the most violent cities in the world so a loaded gun is nothing much...I think certain things non sexiest one is better than the other just want the non binding opinion of others.
This question is highly debatable and a general answer from me not a personal answer would be that it may be possible that women would be better at business because they are fairer in making decisions, resulting in better performance......hope that makes sense.
