What Encourages MBA Students To Choose Private Universities
Private
universities in India are setting a benchmark in the field of education.
Students are opting for private universities rather than government institutes.
Students of all courses and programmes are happy to spend some more money in
return of quality education and infrastructure against the autonomy of
government colleges. This has led to many good changes in our education system
which has led to positive outputs in our society and better standards of
student’s qualification.
Especially
students for professional courses are going to top private universities,
because professional courses are about quality education producing quality
results in one’s academic life. According to report from a famous newspaper in
Haryana, SRM University Sonipat, has more number of enrolments for admission in
the MBA courses from the prestigious varsity than any government college or
university. This tells us about the change in perception of students towards
quality education and this has turned them to top private universities
throughout the nation. Students now understands the need of quality education
instead of degree only and the quality offered in government universities is
not hidden from anyone. The transition of students towards private universities
supports the fact.
Master Of
Business Administration(MBA) is a professional course for students who looks to
lead a life in corporate sector. They learn administrative qualities to
administrate companies in future and take them to new heights with their
developed skills. Earlier students looking to pursue MBA courses had look for
foreign universities just because the lack of quality education in India but
things have changed now and the quality has improved now rapidly. Much of the
appreciation should go to reformation of private universities and the quality
they brought to our education system.
There are
many reasons causing the transition of students but some them are given below
which clears the fact:
Better Placement Opportunities: Students have seen a big hike in the packages
offered to the private students which has inspired them to join courses in
private universities for better pay packages. The main reason behind the hike
is the quality and skill development policy of the private universities.
Companies recruiting in the campuses look for talent and skills and they offer
packages accordingly. Multinational Companies comes to India looking for talent
and they are coming in large numbers now because the talent and skills of
Indian administration students are improving and they need more of them.
Approach Of Universities: Government colleges approach towards
their students is questionable. It is very common that grievances of students
are ignored and they don’t look to improve their facilities and improve their
infrastructure, this casual approach of government institutes is losing them
their students.
