Dreamweaver is a tool to make websites and is used by the web designers. Mentioned below are some reasons why the designers don’t like Dreamweaver.

Interface- There are 15 items to press at the top of DW which includes menu items to quick interface changes. Many things to see register and understand in the beginning of the interface which makes it very confusing to use for the designers.

Steep learning curve- To learn Dreamweaver it haunts the user interface. It needs someone to show you how to enable to climb the stairs of steep learning curve. This is not an easy one to start up.

The WYSIWYG lies- This cannot be used as because it is not a browser. With the improved version of Dreamweaver  but the design view is still not what we really see and is not up to the mark.

Dynamic code- To create dynamic sites, the code which it creates is very complicated and creates too much problem.

Written codes- Snippets of written codes in Dreamweaver is not very broad and specific.

CSS styling- If you use the Properties bar on texts it leads to undefined adding up of vague document style. For this you gradually lose control on over your code and all gets messed up afterwards.

No control of your code- Using WYSIWYG code primarily you will lose control on your code. Often using design view you will end up in getting messy with codes which hampers your work.

Unnecessary things- The user interface is packed up with a number of unnecessary buttons which is of no use. And this makes the whole screen very messy.

Make web designers lazy- Dreamweaver is not really useful and makes you lazy. Look carefully at  the  coding properly and  don’t depend too much on the tools , it is just to aid you.

Highly priced- This is a very expensive tool to use for the web designers. Instead there are lot more tools that comes in low price and much better than this.
