The majority of BnS PvPers will stay

Do you honestly think the majority of PvPers will stay if the issue of blatant hackers still isnt fixed WEEKS after they've been reported multiple times and the response is still "we're looking into it"? For a game that is advertised as a 1v1 arena focused game with potential esports, forgive me if I dont give NCSoft the benefit of the doubt here. They are unable to maintain even their main advertising point. Let alone normal players who cant get basic quests done because bots are stealing mobs from them. Do you honestly think the majority of people will stick around with R4PG BNS Gold? You will be affected at one point because you'll barely have anyone to do content with if this continues and is not rectified soon.

On my KFM I see, and have counted to confirm, no less than 30 Des bots around Deva. At one point I started to lag out just from the sheer number of bots standing around. However, the bots are freakin' dumb as bricks. I get a twisted degree of pleasure letting Deva crush them. The sound of their deaths fuel me. It's only a shame their stamina for death out lasts my stamina for watching them die.

While I can see how manually picking the bots out is not going to happen, I am wondering why the strings of cloned bots that indeed reach 2-3 dozens in total cannot be picked out by an anti-bot computer program? I have never seen it before yesterday by my very own willing to Buy Blade And Soul Gold, but the sight was disconcerting at the least. They were in Misty, not SSP. They got to really stand out from a real player pool, because they are clones, and walk in an unnatural way?

They have such a thing in place (and has had it since the first few weeks of launch), but it's not that simple to make it work without accidentally banning legitimate players (a lot of legitimate players got auto-banned early on before they tweaked the system further). The system also needs some time to check for repeated actions (like hundreds of times repeated) otherwise regular players would be auto-banned often. Knowing that there are "hardcore" players out there that could potentially also perform bot-like behaviours makes it even more complicated.

Also even if you have such a system, it's pretty useless because it's easier to write scripts to bypass such systems than it is to write the system... but it's better than having nothing in place. It's why every time they do updates (maintenances, etc.) you'll normally see that there aren't as many bots at the start, but they'll eventually come back because the bot-creators just need some time to update their scripts and load the bots back in Blade And Soul Power leveling. Usually if you can make it, you can break it. There are ways to make hack-prevention systems like GameGuard very hard to crack and actually work, but I doubt NCSoft has the talent or would bother paying the cost to develop such a thing.
