SSC SI 2016 Exam Details
SSC SI 2016- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had conducted the entry level examination for the post of Sub-Inspectors in Central Armed Police Force and other forces on 20th March 2016 but the exam was mishandled and the case of in appropriation was found. Hence the Re-exam will be conducted on 05th June 2016 again. The date of second phase exam will be released after the commencement of the Phase 1 exam. The successful candidates in the Paper 1 will be called to appear in the Paper 2 of the examination which was earlier scheduled to be conducted on 05th June 2016 but now will be conducted on another date. The Application process has been closed and the candidates can check the status of their Application form by visiting the official website of SSC or by clicking on the direct link provided at Entrance Corner.

The Commission will announce the result of the SSC SI 2016 Exam in three stages- Paper- I, Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Medical Examination and Paper- II. The result will disclose the name and roll number of the candidates successful to qualify the exam. The result for Paper – I and Paper- II is likely to be announced in April and September 2016 respectively. The candidates who are interested to fill the SSC SI 2016 Application should first know about the eligibility criterion which is followed by the SSC which is as follows:
- The candidates must be aged between 20 year and 25 years with both ends included. The reserved category candidates will enjoy the age relaxation up to 3 years.
- The candidates must be a graduate from any recognized university by UGC in any stream.
- The candidate must be an Indian subject.
- For the SI in Delhi Police, the candidate must also possess a driving license for driving the LMV.
