The human body needs a certain amount of amino acids to perform some functions of biology and chemistry in the human body. Amino acids should be incorporated into the daily diet because they play an important role in the functioning of the various parts of our body. Foods rich in amino acids including, vegetables such as beans, carrots, cabbage, onions, cucumber, tubers and leafy green vegetables. Fruits are rich in amino acids such as melon, orange pineapple, papaya, grapes and pomegranates.

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. It is a necessary ingredient for human growth. Amino acids containing a basic amino group and carboxyl group. Substances present in the protein are amino acids. Peptides and proteins are long chains of amino acids.
