Mac Mail can't export to Pst file format. Pst is only exported by Windows Outlook versions. But I think what you meant to ask is if you can move the content from Mac Mail to Outlook 2010 for Windows.
Let us see what it would take to do that.
First of all, you need to export the emails from Mac Mail to Mbox (Not Pst) file. Then, convert Mbox file to Pst file, and import it into Outlook 2010, or any other Windows Outlook versions.
To export the content from Mac Mail to Mbox, do the following -
• Select the Mailbox, then choose 'Mailbox' > 'Export Mailbox'
• Choose the folder, and click “choose”
The data will be exported to .mbox format.
Now, you are going to convert this .mbox file into .pst which can be imported to Outlook 2010 for Windows. After downloading and installing it, choose to launch the app from the list of applications in Mac.
Choose “Load” > Open > and then select the Mbox file that you exported above.

Once the data is loaded (through the “Mail” folder of through Mbox file), you can see the folders in the preview section. Feel free to select or deselect the folders that you want. After that, click the button “Convert” in the end. The tool will remind you that it is a free trial edition. Click “Continue” and sit back. “Mail Extractor Pro” will start its conversion process, and within few minutes will generate the Pst files.
Everything that is converted into Pst file is exactly in its original form. That means, every information that was inside Apple Mail remain as it is with no modification. Things like embedded images within email body, folder strucure, non-English text, and so on are generally lost, but not with “Mail Extractor Pro”.
