Do Teams Really Work?

Have been giving a lot of thought to the topic of teams recently.   Do teams
really work?    

Has anyone got any experience with joining a team to promote their business
as opposed to going it alone?

I've written a couple of blog posts about this  HERE  and HERE.

Is it possible that these teams are really a good idea, or does the fact that you
have to wait your turn in the rotation until others before you get their signups
make it a bad idea?    I read about one person who waited two months before
he reached the rotator, although he claimed to then receive his signups.

Having seen some of the ......creative stories some of these advertised
programs come up with, I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

What do you think?

So far, I haven't joined any teams, as in my opinion, the jury is still out.
Teams sound promising, but haven't heard any real success stories yet!

you usually find that the team although setting out with high ideals and lots of slogan spewing fourth will wilt and dwindle into nothing because one does not pull their weight so then another decides that if (s)the can scive off then so can (s)he and next you know team is dead.
