Hi -

When one spends so much time coaching, training and mentoring others it is easy to lose sight of how "questions are the answers."

So here is a question I forgot to ask you the other day...

"What is your biggest challenge in building your mlm business?"

Just post your comment (go to bottom of this page) and let me know, so that I can compile the answers into a research report for you.

Have a great day.

Cheers,
Iñaki

PS. Remember to TOP (see top left of this page :-)

multiples streams of income is not a bad thing. one thing i have learned from working at home online is that it is good to have your eggs in more than one basket. i tried my hand at mlm, and it could work as long as you get your signs ups before you actually sign up. bring them in with you. i have not tried that out myself, i must admit. i used to try mlm and it did not work for me. i make my money mostly from social networks ,get paid to programs, and affiliate programs. that is what is making

Hello Inaki and all
My biggest challenge by far are those that think they can join a business and do NOTHING to help promote it. Then when they make nothing, they blame the business instead of themselves.

Then there are those that put out the HYPE ads with titles like: free to join, do nothing, earn a million and so on. Which make it hard for those of us who are really treating our mlm like the business it really is.

NOTHING in this life is FREE. You either pay money or spend time. But to

Hello Inaki,

Cliff Griffin here. My biggest challenge in establishing my MLM business is simply coming up a list of people to talk to.

But even worse than that is I'm finding it very difficult to stay away from Internet Marketing.

Kindest Regards,

I feel like I have every single problem mentioned below. I am fairly new to MLM and I'm still going through that learning curve of how to do ANYTHING. I'm having trouble recruiting and I'm having trouble to get people to even try my "product" which is FREE. I know MLM has great potential, and I know that there is a way to be successful at it, but I'm still working on how.

My challenge is me....I get too many irons in the fire and begin to lose focus. My main focus is Direct Matches and I love it and it works for me, $$$ are coming in every week. But I also love health products and use them. The ones I love, I join to buy wholesale and perhaps to earn an additional stream of money. I am excited about the benefits of each one and the comp plans are awesome. But....there are only so many hours in the day.

My time is taken helping my downline to get started a

Thanks Tracey.

When you say you are getting pretty good at finding good programs, how many programs do you need to find?

I was delighted with one program, and now have my handsfull because I have adopted a second program. That's pretty much my limit.

I would say probably-adding to your downline and finding good programs-weeding out the bad ones. I am getting pretty good at it now!
For new people that will be the hardest part!

There is no right or wrong answer.
Each answer reflects an individual mindset.
That’s just the way it is!

Here are a couple of responses that I received directly:

Cindy: Great question, it's getting people to see the value in the product or business...that's my biggest challenge.

Mazarine: Mijn grootste uitdaging is om goede, ondernemende mensen te vinden die blijven door bouwen samen met mij, en die niet snel opgeven.. (my biggest challenge is finding good entrepreneurial persons wh

My biggest challenge is to let people believe that I am a member of team of high level Net workers, and as a team we are keen on helping them to there success. Other thing is time, when you have a full time job. But I look at it as a experience and my first step to success. Like a good man I know said to me few weeks ago, his first letter is Inaki:o). It is a marathon not a sprint. I´ll keep that in mind.

Warmest regards,
Kristjan

My biggest challenge has been training team members. Everyone expects 1-on-1 time with you but if you have a big team this is virtually impossible. The next best thing is group training sessions but that also is fraught with difficulties. With the internet being such a global world accommodating members form 24 differnet timezones is also very difficult. Appointing team leaders to assist does not help a great deal either as everyone seems to go to the top for answers.

Thanks Phil and Dag.

Your comments and all the comments that follow will definitely help.

I have my own pre-conceived ideas as to what "I think" are the biggest challenges.

But I am going to let your answers drive this little piece of research.

Yours in health and wealth,

Iñaki

The list could be long answering such a question...
On a personal side, getting out of your confort zone, or changing the heavy habits inherited from our culture, our education...
Constance...

But most of all I would say the most difficult is to coach people.
Being a good coach, having enough psychology to pass your message day after day...
Teaching constance...
In short helping peple understand they need to change what we ourself need to change.... The "On a personal side..."

My biggest issue is time, or to have time enough for building my business between full time jobs and children.

Hope it helps you Inaki :)
