Vista - The Real Death of Internet Marketing
Okay
so every new computer now comes pre-loaded with Windows Vista. If you want a new PC, you get Vista.
My computer is approximately a month old, but it feels like so much longer. I'm not too sure if the problem is with Vista or with using IE as the browser (my old browser isn't compatible), but if my internet connection goes down once a day it goes down about 20 times.
I consider myself lucky to get in about an hour before it crashes and I have to reload every tab. AAGGGHHH!
Now if anyone out there can come up with a better solution than mine (throw the flipping thing out of the window), I will be eternally grateful.
If not, then I proclaim that regardless of what any other guru has told you, the true death of internet marketing will be brought about by Vista. You cannot market anything on the internet without a reliable internet connection. If it is constantly crashing and restarting, then pretty soon, frustration sets in and the only option is to walk away.
Not good for business!
Any suggestions people? Preferably before I kill my computer!
Thanks

Hi San,
Firefox is far superior to IE as you will find as you use it.

Thanks Eileen.
I have now downloaded firefox. Got quite a few recommendations for it and I must admit it is not only more stable, it is much much quicker.

I use Mozilla sometimes and that doesn't crash like IE. But yes and all of a sudden it all just runs so slow I could toss it. Then I get the no responding garbage. Its habit to hit IE but really it doesn't happen as much with mozilla.
