If you want to make REAL MONEY on line….upgrading is required. You must upgrade…AND YOUR SIGNUPS MUST UPGRADE along WITH YOU.

Rule #1 Have a BUDGET FOR UPGRADING right from day one. Have a plan for each TE and Safelist you join.

Rule #2 UPGRADE AS YOU CAN AFFORD IT . My rule of thumb is do some kind of upgrade in your progams ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS on a rotating basis.
