Feedback and Suggestions for APSense Express 2.0

Not being inpatient - just letting you know this is happening on my end too... I'm kinda glad its not just me... i was about ready to throw the computer out the window :o)

Just kidding...

Happy New Year Everyone... The first half of Day 1 has been good so far... only 3?? heck i can't remember... ask me again when i'm awake - good thing i don't drink... i'd be totally wasted...

Forgot to say, it isn't even downloading updates to blogs and
discussions, and I know there are some.

OK, I've uninstalled Apsense Express, and cleaned the registry.
Downloaded the latest AE, and installed it.

Still having to sign in every ten minutes or so.
THIS IS NOT GOOD. Can't be bothered with this.

What is happening please? I want my AE to work properly so I
can keep up with my messages, etc.

Suggestions welcome.

Now folks....I am not saying that Apsense is spyware...or they are trying to hack your pc. I just don't let anything replace my existing programs...and I even uninstalled fully the old ap express...so there is no reason for this new one to replace anything.

All I am gonna say is that my Invisus DOES NOT LIKE this Apsense express...tells me their is spyware in it......and it tries to replace some of my programs.

Apsense Express has just developed a problem on my PC.

Every few minutes, it pops up on my screen for me to sign in again.
Since I haven't signed out, this is puzzling, also a bit annoying, as
I'm probably missing out on messages, etc.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this? I haven't changed
any settings or changed my PC at all.

I have the latest AE version, and I run Windows XP Home

Am about to try reinstalling AE, and will advise the results, meanwhile,

Please click "My Options" link in the Apsense Express.
Uncheck the auto-run option.

It will not run automatically.

I posted this in the wrong group (surprise surprise, yeah, I know!).
Anyway, please see my problem below.

How do I stop AE running on all user account on my computer? The computer is shared by all my family and we all have different user accounts (XP) but when anyone else logs on, there comes up a zillion error messages about not being able to run AE.

And (believe it or not!) none of my family are interested in Apsense (shakes head in disbelief).

Firefox 2.0.11 and windows 2000. I have no clue what version IE is - since i haven't used it for the last 3 years and have no plans of ever starting. Fortunately my other computer deleted IE for me... accidentally.

Mine still does not work...keeps saying it is logging in...and did all day long yesterday, but never logs in.

I don't find any problems with mine.

Is it possible it could be related to the updates for FF that were made yesterday (or the day before). Perhaps downloading it again might work.

When you first star the new APExpress, you get a nice screen in the main view window of it.
However if you click on bulletins, discussions, messages and so in and there are none then you see a script.

the script disappears from the section when a notification arrives and then returns once you have gone through the various links and either removed them or the system cleans out what you have read.

I think this is also what mjesales is referring to.

Can you tell us your IE and OS version?

For starters - when a category - like "messages" or any of them - is empty - you see source code and a css style sheet. Not a blank page.

I would say that should be your priority
