What is the future for Apsense Express?

I have downloaded Apsense Express, but as a new user, I don't have a network as yet. At the moment it is simply a slightly annoying pop up ... ;) I would be very interested to hear more experienced members' views of Apsense Express ... how you are using it, what sort of response it has brought, whether it has improved your business and so on. I would also love to know if there are plans to enhance the service, and to add new features, as it looks to me like a fabulous tool with a lot of potential. Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer advice! Penny

Thank you both for your advice. I think maybe the most important thing coming out here is ... no ads. It is really refreshing to have a messenger service where people are communicating rather than spamming. I am so impressed by the general attitude of Apsense members. It is such a helpful, thriving community.

I think using Express is best for being notified when there are comments posted to your watchlist subjects. When you have a lot of group and blog posts it can be easy to lose track of them.

BJ said it right, use it for passing along information not ads.

Apsense is a great place to be. I am building my network *slowly* but it is coming right a long. There are great discussions and suggestions on how to build your network. Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi Eric. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I can see that it is kind of a private email alert system. It is good to see when you get a response to something you posted, or updates of a group you are interested in, rather than having to keep coming back to check.

Hi Penny,

The purpose behind APSense Express it to keep you informed when posts are made in groups you have joined, and being notified when comments are posted in threads that either you have posted in, or you have not posted in but want to passively follow by clicking on the add to my watchlist link.

Also once you start to build your network that is the only way you will be able to post bulletins that will be seen by the members of your total network (both private and bonus)

APsense express gives you access to notifications from the groups you have subscribed to. As well as Mails from those you have personally added to your contact list.

You can also send Bulletins to your personal group.
