Have to agree with Joe there,getting to the Top people is about the only way to really get anything done and that is if your lucky to ge that high :)

Bad customer service is all over the place and is merely a reflection of the attitude of senior management, starting right at the top. Screaming at some office clerk or customer service consultant about the bad service you get is a waste of time, go for the jugular, which is the top dog, the CEO or MD...
