When I was younger I ran a lot and was a heavy truck mechanic that kept me in shape for years I'm still in good shape and what I do now is walk a lot being I'm a dialysis patient it keeps my strength up cause the treatments work on making you week,plus I hit the dumb bells 2 or 3 times a week.
