As per my opinion, Self-confidence is best motivator to do something. Many people want to do something but they haven't self- confidence then they only think to do. So I think most important motivator is your own self- confidence.
Passion is what motivates you to do something. When you love what you do either for a job your at, or a company you own, nothing can destruct your passion.

@Simon Home, I am still reading that book daily. It's quite practical and easier. After reading the relaxation technique in it, I felt a sense of ease, connectivity and harmony with all things that I come across.
