Go to Googles Keyword Tool. Just search 'Keyword tool' should come up first. Here you enter a Word or phrase. Then click Competition in the column header twice this will change the order from ascending to descending. Look for high global monthly searches with low competition. Try to use those keywords as your tags and of course use them in the body of your message. This will help locate top ranking keywords. Cheers.
