whether you stopped it to updating regularly or your blog got blocked in google,
If you are updating it regularly with quality content you don't need to worry, after updating PING your blog.Then submit your SITEMAP to search engines.
try to get quality BACKLINKS, also Promote you blog in social media sites.
this will recover your position and ranking.

If u can see some back links site penalty from google remove it u can check in google webmaster in "links to your site" tab
also u can use Google's Disavow Tool
after remove that u may be roll back your site in top ten also from sand box
