Say the wakeup time to your bed or pillow, they will be awake you at right time! Why you do that? because its works on our biological clock and I am using this tecniqus from years. Always believe, if you have no choice then you are not looking forward!

Use a pillow that offers PROPER head support. 8 hours of sleep is a myth, some people sleep 10 or 12 hours, others like me only sleep 5 or 6. Also the surface you sleep on makes a difference, some like a hard surface others prefer a soft bed. For proper rest you need to be the correct temperature, not to hot or to cold.... well ventilated and comfortable otherwise you will toss and turn and come almost awake many times during your rest period and will awaken as tired as when you laid down.

don't use alarm and sleep early if you want to wake up better. As you( @Waqar Ahmed) work late night, you should not take heavy food at night. Sleep at least 7-8 hours.
