I dont think TE to be good, intensive ad is the key...

If you are unwilling to spend any money, you are limited to free ad billboards and social media platforms to get the word out.

there are many ways. As Mike Johnson has posted, more involvement in Social Media will do, but also there are other ways to be heard, just drop a visit to free ad posts sites, traffic exchanges, etc.
