There are too many proxy servers and VPN's readily available so even knowing their IP won't prove anything. And even if you could prove it, would anyone out there do anything about it? Apsense is a lot smaller than FB and no one checks the location people profess to be from
Facebook used to show the IP address of all logins in your Security Settings page but not anymore (not in my account at least). If you don't see the IP listed in your Facebook Security Settings page then in order to get the IP address you must contact Facebook, and will usually require a court order. But if you have the IP address you will never know the exact location location of the person using that IP address without a court order from the ISP that owns that IP address.
