Yes, I use safelists but they do not convert.But I stay on them to see what else is outside there.If you want converting traffic, you will have to look somewhere else.

Quite the opposite Alex

I get excellent quality prospects/clients from safelists. you have to use the right type of safelist obviously : ) I have been using them for years and still have retained some clients from my initial efforts years ago

@Stanislav & @samand joe spider

Interesting comments guys, I'm not saying safelists are the ONLY form of marketing do to, what I am saying is that there are safelist mailers for specific niches and they are the ones that work

As for being like FFA pages, well I'm note sure thats a good description and safelists are certainly not a dying breed. For EG I use several regulalrry and get optin rates of 11% which is not to shabby, I'm sure you'll agree

I agree with what you say about bloggin/articl

No you can't test all, but you CAN test those recommended. By TEST I am assuming you mean Tracking your result, tracking is crucial to your online marketing.

@Kanika

Thats a good, but far too generic explanation. Sure with some safelists, you can apply that to, however when you use the right ones, then they are very, very productive, as are traffic exchanges when used the right way

So if you're going to use a safe list, I suggest thinking of it as a party, where you're bumping into a whole bunch of people. Would you be trying to sell something to each person you bumped into? I hope not, and I doubt it. If you did, you'd alienate a lot of people and be lucky if you ever made a sale

Peter

Far from being junk traffic, they are great list builders my friend.

You can reach thousands in one go and triple your list at the same time.
