No i do not think money can make you happy all the time. Even if you have all the money in the world you will soon learn that this is not true happiness. However you do need money to survive and live in comfort. But that is relative.

Although we can't buy happiness because happiness is a feeling ... its an emotion .. but on the other note when we make someone happy (either by money or something else) .. we trigger their emotions and that is where the happiness comes into picture .. so we might not be buying happiness directly but to some extent we are doing it indirectly ....
