I have done this in the past for people only to see that they are not doing anything,it's fine if you know they are going to work as hard as you.

I do to get my refs more motivated when they can't get signups but I also let them earn it by writing an article or something to show that they are willing to work to! :)

Yes, I have promoted my referrals links. But, it was depending upon the need of the referral, if it helps the entire team, and a training aspect. I will not enable them, they have to be working their own business. It belongs to them. They must work their yard to keep the neighborhood attractive, not to say that I wont help them in their yard sometimes.

Great set of answers so far :) It all depends on the type of business in my opinion. However for my MLMs I recruit via social networks and do reward my hard workers with referrals. Traffic type programs I put them on a rotator not a big deal. I like their happy face :)

Indeed @Wiiliam B i love team work, but beware the i hidden in the A. My sentiments exactly @ William C.

Your second comment Bruce sounds like someone I know lol, I must look at your cooperative again as I did not grasp it first

Yes, I do Ed. I'm very dedicated and focused to the ones on my team, down lines, etc.
Even for paid advertising. In fact an upcoming 1 million mailing through Mike G will have all my team members added to a rotator link. When I help others, it helps me. Cheers.

Cooperative marketing

I will say however I recently went into partnership with an mlm professional who has 100% promised to do EVERYTHING for me, he will fund my account, get my referrals, and make the deposits to my accounts (I just had to set all that up first).

In that respect.... I have joined someone who made such claims. But I know this person well and he will most certainly back his claims (especially being how its his money at risk). ;P

My Leads Call Me

I help my sign ups all I can but I do not promote their links.
Their are other "tricks" you can use when building a down line but in all honesty, you want someone who can recruit by themselves.
That way, everyone's down line gets built.

Cooperative marketing

I wouldn't promise to do that for anyone. If I refer someone to a potential mlm I expect them to do their own work. If they need to learn how it works I would be more than willing to teach them that, but I would not do their marketing for them. Thats what cooperatives are for. ;)

As the owner of the marketers cooperative however, ALL I do is market for others. They specifically joined something where they expect others to promote for them.

I agree with you though, if someone is going to mak
