Actually, I noticed that many Microsoft certifications have been retired on Mar 31, 2017, for MCSA certifications, you need to check the details with the official information.

MCSA doesn't expire. MCSE expires in 3 years. But technically is only valid for the lifetime of the technology the certification is for.
