Computer Screen goes black for a bit?

I am a regular user of a desktop. Without desktop/laptop, I can’t think of myself. I use to install the operating system by myself only. Furthermore, I installed all the required drivers also. Right now I am using a window7 operating system. I am facing a problem with my desktop from last some couple of days. PC screen suddenly flashes to a black screen.
