Thanks for the input Sondra.... that has become very popular around here too.... Can't imagine what we did before Facebook....Very nice and easy way to make extra money for an organization...I will keep that in mind......
One of the ways I run my Avon business is through fundraising online. I can work with an organization by having their participants promote my online store for a specified time, like a month. The sales commissions are then split with the organization. Products can also be purchased throughout the country and delivered direct to the customers. This makes it easy for the participants, no collecting money or deliveries. If you'd like to find out more send me a private message.

If you have access to a large group of Internet users, getting them to use Bing search can produce some good fund raiser activities. I know of a school class that got free Microsoft Surface computers for all the students just from parents using Bing search. I'm sure there are other websites that could work the same way, where many individuals working for pennies can add up to significant dollars.
I can tell you right now.. It will be a great day.... Things like this always have a way of working out..... I have already collected my expenses .. so for the next 45 days everything is profit!..... How is that for a fundraiser!
Joe... I am one of those cheap people.. so the cost of the license cuts into profits. BESIDES... We would have no where to place an item to be able to sell tickets for it. That is why we did the Themed Baskets as we did... it was held the day of the event and we were able to be there to man the spot to encourage people to Bid. No license was needed for that. and about those seeds... feather part was gone.. only had to plant seeds. After I planted I had a new respect for people who work in a gr
Love you for writing novels and can only wish you good luck, but as for ideas.... I was wondering if you raffled something really special, or would you need a gambling license to do so....? BTW, 300 milkweed seeds.... just had to wonder if it's those feathery things and how many blew away just while you were planting them...? :-) and how long did it take you?
Cindy, I have the perfect extension to your projects. It is specifically designed for profit and Non-profit organizations. The system is totally free for Non-Profits(501c).
Happy to Joe.... We have Ida Community Day which is coming up May16th... Putting together a Trash Treasure and Trinket Village where people reserve spaces to set up anything that they want to sell. Handmade items, direct sellers, local businesses, All non-profits such as groups, clubs, churches, and other organizations such as that.. those spaces are all free of charge.... in the past we asked for Themed Baskets to be donated and then we held a silent auction.... But I have been a bit bummed on
