Html tags no longer work on review pages as Teodor answered above. It has been disabled for revpages.

You can't use or other tags on review pages. It is set so for avoiding spam.

I don't ask for APSense Article, I ask for APSense Review Page. There is no editor as Word.

In your text editor there are button in the upper tool bar same as in Word.
