Deborah, I'm not sure that the authorities would agree when you say "it is not me that would be scamming anyone". I'm no legal expert, but I think you might be wrong. I think JPB hasn't upset the authorities from the US enough yet to require a thorough investigation. As mentioned by someone else, the Italian government has taken action.
At the end of the day, it is not me that would be scamming anyone out of their money. This piece of advice goes to everyone along with the fact that no one should invest any money that they are not able to lose. I have no idea how JBP runs it's business or as to it's true legitimacy but surely they must have external sources of income in order to pay some of the members, the high amounts that they are earning.
Frederick Mann claims Jss is indefinitely sustainable! He also made this statement about another one of his other programs that went under. I don't think restarts justifies sustainability. Also moving operation offshore raises some concerns..
What if it discovered eventually that it is a scam and many people lose dozens, hundreds or thousands or dollars? If, say, you have invested $50 and have won $100, it probably means that someone somewhere will have lost that $50. How will you be able to look at yourself in the mirror?
The main thing that bothers me about such programs is that money doesn't grow on trees. If they are able to pay some members, there's a reason. What is the reason? Where does the money come from? Advertisers? Who would become an advertiser for such a program? Don't answer that, because anyway, I wouldn't trust the answer.
I was also skeptical several months ago, now I am a member of both and they perform like they promise. I am very pleased with and would recommend both.
@Fred it sure looked that way, but in fact there was no scam. I was in J2BAM and ended up with a nice profit and over 600 contacts, of which I still communicate with 500 of them. How can that be a scam for $2 a month? Unfortunately they suffered from bad management. The point is, these programs need to be evaluated on an individual basis and are not always what they seem. All I stressed was not to put thousands of dollars of your own money in them or spend all your time building something that w
Bill Brown.Warren Contreras and Philippe Moisan have put it so well. These programs, although they look very good and promising, are SCAMS. Anyone remember "Just 2 Bucks a Month" which was all the rage some time last year? Well, it "looked" very good and promising - but it went "POOF in the night." Bill Brown may "appear" to be a bit harsh in his comments but I believe he means well for all of us Apsense members as far as these programs are concerned.
Alfred Alexis Pedrico, Rose Love, I reported you. Your comments are advertisements, they have nothing to do with the discussion. This is considered an abuse at APSense, and just about anywhere for that matter.

I guess the key is to get whatever investment you have put in back as soon as possible then at least you have nothing to lose.
