Alcohol and tobacco are most used and most killing drugs in the world. Not sure about world statistics but in our country with 10500000 population every year 4000 men and 2000 women die after using to much alcohol.
And can you imagine that wine is in the "food" category here in Slovenia ( smaller VAT, no excise duty), but they fight against the use of cannabis even for a medicinal use?
I think both 50% 50%, but we need a better control and Life. The problem lies in the balance of forces so we can also make the best choices for our lives!
I agree .. if a person dies of a drug overdose it' just them, if a drunk driver dies in a car accident it is most likely them and whose in the other vehicles involved
i think that it's true - alchoholics ruin their life and usually lives of the people around them, they ruin their families, children, sometimes even friends.
Those countries that have allowed cannabis for example report that there is no growth in the number of people who use it in an abusive way.

I think that both are killing more people but I don't used drugs or alcohol so that's my meaning...
