Why Is It That You Follow People, But Very Few Follow You Back?

I find that if you post engaging or interesting comments/articles then that helps you buid your following and your list.

The reason I don't follow a lot of people back is if they don't fill out their whole profile, that tells me that you're either too lazy to or you're shady.

The other reason is that there are plenty of scammers in here from a certain country I won't name.

If you follow me don't expect it to be an automatic follow back, ever.

I also don't follow back people who just sit on their butts and want to ride off someone else's work.

2. **Interest Mismatch** – You might be following people based on your interests, but they may not share the same interests or find your profile relevant to them.
