Vivek Singh, she is right but there are some lucky people that don't keep what they have long because they don't know how. People in the States hit the lottery (win money) all the time who often lose the money in a short period of time.
No Vivek, success is not a matter of luck. It is a matter of faith and persistence. Daily efforts and planned strategy...and being patient enough to reap results ( and sometimes willing to change strategy when it does not work out).
