We all know how important it is for us to be mobile and a body which is mobile can definitely be considered a healthy one. However, it is not given that it will always be the case and therefore we see the problem of episodic mobility in many people. But, what exactly is this episodic mobility problem? What is episodic mobility?


Mobility issues that occur sporadically or temporarily are referred to as episodic mobility problems or difficulties.   • A diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables can improve general health and lower the risk of developing chronic illnesses that can impair mobility.

  • Choosing footwear that fits comfortably and has sufficient support can help lower the chance of falling and other accidents.
