Stress is a very common problem among people nowadays and there are several ways using which you can tackle stress like, exercising daily, maintaining a healthy life, eating a good diet, etc.  

Stress can be harmful for your physical health as well as mental health and it may also increase the risk of conditions like heart disease, depression, etc. 

So, it is very much important to reduce stress so that you do not have to face severe problems later on.

Sweet potatoes – Eating whole and nutrient rich carbs like sweet potatoes will help you lower levels of stress hormone cortisol in your body. This is why sweet potatoes are very beneficial in stress reduce. 

Kimchi – It is a fermented vegetable dish which is usually made with napa cabbage and many studies have shown that probiotic supplements and probiotic rich food such as Kimchi are goof for mental health. 

Artichokes – They are rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin K and all of these are essential and important for a healthy stress response. 

Food used to reduce food include food items like organ meats, eggs, shell fish, acerola cherry powder, fatty fish, garlic, parsley, tahini, sunflower seeds, broccoli, chick peas, chamomile tea and blue berries. 

If you are dealing with stress then you must include these food items in your daily lives so that your stress level remains controlled and you do not have to deal with severe problems like depression later on.
