As a well-known energy drink brand offering a variety of tastes to consumers, C4 stands out in the industry.

They come in flavors influenced by both natural and well-known candy, such as Starburst.

To determine which C4 energy drink flavor is the best, we will examine and rate each one in this post.

Among the judging factors we'll use to determine the ranks are taste, fragrance, and flavor resemblance.

Methodology

For the ranking, I am using the most common flavors of Energy Drink C4 that can be found in the market.

These encompass the tastes of Starburst lemon, Skittles, Cherry Limeade, and many others.

I tasted every flavor separately and paid attention to some critical characteristics. The taste and how well it matches the described flavor was a key factor.

In my opinion, I also paid attention to the smell of each drink and whether it was pleasant or similar to the smell of the related food item.

Some other things that determined the ratings were the aftertaste of the flavor in the mouth and the enjoyment experienced.

Taking into consideration the specified indicators I have ranked the flavors from the least favorite to the best one.

Rankings

#10 - Starburst Lemon

The lemon flavor had a very pungent sour taste that can not be liked by some. It could not convey the smell or the sweetness of a Starburst candy appropriately.

The citrus flavors were too strong and caused it to be the least-liked flavor among the others.

#9 - Skittles

This taste tried to make a Skittles combination, but it mostly tasted like citric acid only.

However, it didn’t have the individual fruit taste of the candy and it just tasted sweet without any complexity.

#8 - Cherry Limeade

Although in taste it was the same as a bomb pop, the cherry notes overshadowed the limeade in the drink.

It had a very sweet aftertaste but it was not sour or balanced enough between these flavors.

#7 - Grape Frost

This resulted in a grape flavor that reminded me of soda of older times. Nevertheless, it failed to provide the refreshing flavor that was standard in such beverages. The color was perfect but the taste was lifeless.

#6 - Orange Slice

A normal orange flavor energy drink, it was thicker and sweeter than other drinks. Actually, it was not bad, but it seemed not special for its usual taste profile of orange soda.

#5 - Mango Foxtrot

The mango taste, which was clear and creamy alike, was one of the best natural tropical fruit flavors.

Though it was not too cloying but ended up dry, the taste was good enough though lacking in complexity.

#4 - Artic Snow Cone

It turned out that my memory traveled back to the time when I was treated with shaved ice, whose taste was a gently tart and sweet mix of citrus and berry. The clean carbonation combines well with the mild sweetness.

#3 - Frozen Bombsicle

Replicated icy pop sensation with its crispy red-white-blue layered taste. Sour and sweet notes mixed together in such a way that this drink was unforgettable.

#2 - Starburst Cherry

This extract definitely portrayed the vibrant candy flavor both in aroma and taste. Although it was sweet in taste, the acidity of the drink gave the cherries a bubbly feel like they were real, and without a doubt, I consider it my top pick.

#1 - Starburst Orange

A bright orange burst through in this best C4 flavor. It somehow merged the natural and artificial orange flavors into a Sprite-like citrus burst with a bubbly finish and an aftertaste that lingered pleasantly on the tongue.

Conclusion

To sum up, the C4 brand provides different tastes from sweet treats to fresh juice. Even if some didn't stand out, the Frozen Bombsicle and Starburst Orange had an outstanding taste that tasted like the favorite snack in a drink.

Being a very first choice, the Starburst Orange ranks as my number one pick when it comes to the best-tasting flavorful, and true-to-the-name energy drink.

Though mileage may vary, I hope this list provides a helpful guide for seeking out new favorite flavors among the brand's offerings.
